Follow-up interview on Keynote entitled 'What Individual Hotel Operators and CEOs Expect in Terms of I.T., Now and In the Future'. Hoteliers work with technology on a daily basis, yet there still is a disconnection in hotel technology between what hotels need and what is actually produced. Although there are examples of successful cooperation between hotels and software/hardware producers, in general, a dialogue between the two needs to be started to ultimately succeed. This session explored a hotel’s complete technological needs, from a hardware and software point-of-view, as well as covered current trends. The keynote also highlighted the needed dialogue and work towards a future where hotel technology becomes part of a hotelier’s vocabulary. This interview also features an introduction to Michael's new brand: ONESTARISBORN.
